Hi, I’m Raymond!
I've wanted to tell stories as long as I can remember, and that obsession has defined my entire career. From teaching myself how to shoot and editing to graduate school to where I am now, story has always been the core of what I do.
Whether writing, filming, or editing, I'm constantly finding new ways to craft entertaining, emotionally resonant stories that inspire. I pride myself on finding the emotional hook in every project, because without that heart even the best information falls on deaf ears. This is what helped lead to my Emmy nomination in 2020.
But great storytelling doesn't just happen in a vacuum. I love building systems that bring stories to life efficiently and effectively. At my current role, I built our video production capabilities from the ground up, from equipment purchasing to establishing production processes and best practices, while coordinating shoots across three states to meet and exceed our social media and broader marketing goals.
In short, I'm a storyteller who doesn't just sit and wait: I’m going to find the best angle, best system, and best way to tell stories that entertain and inspire.
